Every evening at six, the door on Via Gibilmanna opens and strangers sit down together at our long wooden table. One of our passionate wine experts pours Sicilian wines, from the slopes of Etna to the west of the island, and tells the story behind each glass. Local cheese and salami come to the table. By the second glass, everyone is talking.
